We come into Your presence to adore You and give You glory because You deserve our adoration and our songs of praise. You gave us life and, despite our insubordination, You did not punish us according to Your justice, but You forgave us and gave us new life in Jesus Christ out of love for us.
We pray to You Lord for all governments of the earth. We ask You to control them from Your throne and remind them that You are God. With their political system and their governance, they are moving away from Your precepts and they forget that it was You who established the government of the earth and gave them the right to govern, but as You have revealed it through time. Many have failed. Lord, bring Your glory and reveal yourself, that everyone can bow down to You and walk in obedience to Your word.
