Lord, we admit that often we speak and act like those of the world. That is why we come before You to ask for forgiveness. Please Lord, keep away from our hearts all feelings of jealousy, pride and hatred. But fill us with humility, wisdom and compassion because we want to walk on the path of justice as Jesus did.
By faith, we claim the presence and the anointing of Your spirit. May Your word be the source of our thoughts and our actions, and that Your virtues be released through us so that each time we open our mouth to proclaim Your word and lay our hands, people will be healed and souls will be saved.
