Lord, we bless Your name and praise You for who You are and for Your grace toward Your people. Long before we were born, You had a plan of salvation to redeem us from our sins. Our sinful nature prevents us from drawing closer to You and living according to Your will. But, You have planned everything to prevent us from straying from You. You have given us Your word, our God, to remind us of Your will.
You have given us Your spirit to help us when we are helpless and hopeless in this hostile world. Protect us Lord as You have always done for us.
