This privacy notice is here to tell you who we are, what we do, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Notice applies to personal information that we collect through the website of the radio at https://www.promogosradio.com, ("Website") and which we collect when you use or interact with our products (if any) and services. When you visit our websites https://www.promogosradio.com or https://www.promogosministries.org (the mother of the radio), and more generally, use any of our services, we appreciate the fact that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 1. WHAT DO PROMOGOS MINISTRIES AND PROMOGOS RADIO DO?

We are a christian, Non-Profit, Non-Denominational, Faith-Based radio stationv, ministering in the field of praise & worship, evangelism and the Christian faith. We are headquartered in Florida, USA. As a praise and worship internet radio station our rimary focus is giving glory to the Lord and to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DOES PROMOGOS RADIO, INC. COLLECTS

The personal information that we may collect about you broadly falls into the following categories:

A) Information that you provide voluntarily

Certain sections of our Website or services (if any) may ask you to provide personal information voluntarily. For example, we may ask you to provide your contact details in order to register an account with us, to subscribe to a service we provide or to marketing communications from us, and/or to submit inquiries to us. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

B-1: Our Website

When you visit our Website, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws.

Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g., country or city-level location) and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Website, including the pages accessed and links clicked.

Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our Website, where they come from, and what content on our Website is of interest to them. B-2: Our Services and Products (If Any)

We may collect browser-based information regarding how you interact with advertising placed via our products and services. This information may include the following: (i) technographic data related to the browser, operating system, and device, such as the name and version of your browser, (ii) connection data (such as the device’s current IP address), (iii) the current website visited, (iv) the website visited before the current website, (v) the title of the show for any in the listed shows, (vi) the sermon you choose to listen on the Sermon OnDemand section, (vii) the date and time of the website visit, (viii) information like the aforementioned regarding the activity of users who share full length or shortened links via social media channels.

We may also collect from our partners certain non-identifying demographic information about users such as their gender, approximate regional location (e.g., country and town), and age, or generic categories about users and their interests.

Certain customers may choose to implement our Po.st technology, which facilitates the sharing of web content. When users use the Po.st services, we may receive information about which channel was used for sharing or receiving content (e.g. a social network or email). In addition, if a user uses Po.st to send an URL link to another user, and the user clicks on the sent URL link, we may also receive the above browser-based information related to this user.

If you are using our services via a mobile application, we may use the Apple IFA, Android Advertiser ID, or other device information that uniquely identifies a mobile device in order to match certain information that we collect via the mobile application.

We may also run Surveys after users have used the contact page to send us certain information about them. "Promogos Radio Surveys" are short surveys that users can voluntarily elect to participate in and where such survey responses may be used to improve the quality of our services and the programming schedules that are not tied to a specific user. Such survey questions are a way for communication department to obtain information directly from users about their interests. Users might be asked, for instance, "Which of the following shows do you listen?" with a drop-down menu of the shows, or "How frequently do you listen to the radio?" with a drop down menu of different options. We may place cookies, or collect mobile device identifiers, associated with this survey information or inferences or data segments we create from it. We may use the information we collect from Promogos Radio Surveys in all of the ways we use the other information described in this Privacy Notice.

We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. B-3: Information from third party sources

We do not collect visitors information from other sources (Third Parties) than just those sent by visitors themselves through our Website.

3. HOW DOES PROMOGOS RADIO, INC. USE YOUR COLLECTED INFORMATION?

To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook, or Twitter or Instagram account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract or service we are offering to you.

To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. 5. IS MY INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in. If you are accessing our Website from outside, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see “WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?” above), in and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. 6. HOW LONG DOES PROMOGOS RADIO, INC KEEP MY INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete such information from our internal drives, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. DOES PROMOGOS RADIO, INC. COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN?

We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 18 years of age. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a child and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account (if any) and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have submitted you personal information through the website, you have the right to request removal of all information you publicly share on our website. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on our website or social media page, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).
